3. Blockchain & Voting Privacy

Votes and complaint acknowledgements are recorded as encrypted blockchain transactions through our smart-contract layer. No personally identifiable information is stored on-chain. Blockchain records are anonymous and immutable.

We implement industry-standard security practices including TLS/SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, two-factor authentication, secure cloud hosting, and role-based access control for government officials.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only with authorised government departments to resolve your grievances, or as required by applicable Indian law.

7. Data Retention

Civic complaint records are retained as public-interest records for the duration required by government record-keeping guidelines. Blockchain records remain permanently stored but anonymised. Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account-deletion request where legally permitted.
